Service Description

New to yoga or returning after a break? This 6-week beginner-friendly course is the perfect way to start (or restart) your yoga journey. Held in the beautiful new space of The Shala at Anandamaya Wellness, you'll be gently guided through the fundamentals of classical yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment. You’ll learn how to move mindfully with your breath, build strength and flexibility, and explore calming breathing practices to support both body and mind. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident and equipped with the foundational knowledge to join other yoga classes with ease. What to Expect: • Gentle movement and breathwork • Foundational yoga postures and alignment • Breathing techniques for relaxation • A supportive space to learn and grow No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore. 6 week program: Monday 4 August - Monday 8 September 2025


Cancellation Policy

Payment for bookings in a group class are made at the time of booking by purchasing a class pass. If cancellation for attendance is less than 14 hours prior to class then that class will be deducted from the class pass if that space cannot be filled.
